Hoops and Heart: The Barbara Ross-McNeil Scholarship Foundation

Exists to empower high school female basketball players who love the game and love God. We provide scholarships, mentorship, and support to young women who demonstrate academic excellence, athletic dedication, and faith-based values. Inspired by the legacy of Barbara Ross-McNeil—a warrior, woman of faith, and basketball enthusiast—our foundation is committed to uplifting the next generation of leaders on and off the court.
